New Friends, Fresh Fails.

Returning to Back of the Napkin are the popular Friday Fails episodes where guests share cringe-worthy missteps on their journey to business success. The episodes offer perspective for anyone who has tried hard, made mistakes, and kept pushing forward with hard-won experience.

The first three episodes of the new season feature small business owners from metro Detroit, suburban Chicago and Polk County, the largest county in Florida.
